Dear Dean Weiss,

Thomas Vrhel has performed well in several graduate level computer science
courses, including one taught by myself.  He
stands an excellent chance of being admitted to
our co-terminal program, to receive a Master's degree in Computer Science.
If it is possible, please waive the usual requirement that such
a program not be initiated after a student's eleventh quarter.
I believe this exception would be in the best interests of Vrhel
and consonant with the spirit of the co-terminal program.
